Two render cleaning solutions

We offer two specialist solutions to ensure your render is cleaned effectively, Which solution  we use will depend on the type of render and your own preference regarding the level of environmental friendliness

Softwash system

Chemical cleaning

This technique covers the discoloured render with a gentle spray containing a chemical. This dissolves the stains to reveal the natural render colour. Softwashing works on all finished coloured renders, including those from K-Rend, Monocouche, and Weber.

Each render cleaning job uses a Softwash cleaning solution mixed specifically for the particular type of render, ensuring the best possible results.

The little staining left after the application of the Softwash will fade over the coming weeks after treatment.

Doff system

Superheated steam cleaning

Steam cleaning is a highly effective technique which has the added advantage of being truly environmentally friendly.

Superheated steam uses absolutely no chemicals, yet completely clears even ingrained stains. It also means there is no risk of damage to surrounding vegetation, and the cleaning solution simply runs off the render as water and into the ground.

The Doff system is one of the premier high-temperature steam cleaning systems available. We are approved contractors for the company.

Our service

We will discuss your preference to help you decide which is the correct render cleaning solution for your needs.

Both approaches are highly-effective external cleaning techniques that quickly remove moss and lichen from your rendered walls and no matter how heavy the soiling and discolouration. Weather stains disappear too, bringing your walls back to the original vibrant colour.

Whichever system is used, it is also possible to apply a bacteriacide. This destroys the spores, which stops moss and algae regrowth, and means the cleaning lasts much longer.

Fully trained

Every member of our cleaning staff is fully-trained in how to use the equipment and how to follow all relevant Health and Safety rules.

This means you don’t have to worry about incompetent cleaning staff damaging your property, and you’ll know that the cleaning is being carried out in a safe and effective manner.

Staff you can trust

All members of staff have undergone a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check to make sure they have no criminal convictions and can be fully trusted with access to your property, giving you total peace of mind at all times.

We also hold £5 million of public liability insurance.
